Description – Delphia 12 Flylounge This exceptionally clean and lightly used Delphia 12 Flylounge, offered by her first owner, has never been chartered and is fully equipped and meticulously maintained. Built to a high standard and designed for comfortable cruising, this yacht combines elegant styling with outstanding ease of use and reliable performance. The Delphia 12 Flylounge was designed by Andrzej Skrzat in cooperation with Tony Castro Yacht Design and is part of Groupe Bénéteau, the world’s largest yacht builder, guaranteeing quality, innovation and a high level of finish throughout. Her modern lines, spacious layout and thoughtful detailing make her an excellent choice for both inland waterways and coastal cruising. General The yacht features large windows made of safety glass, providing plenty of natural light and excellent visibility throughout the interior. Wide side decks, a high stainless-steel railing and practical side doors in the hull ensure safe and easy movement on deck and effortless boarding. Accommodation Upon entering the salon, the well-appointed galley is located to starboard and fitted with a ceramic glass cooktop with gas burners beneath the surface, a sink, a large waste drawer and a Corian worktop. The galley is further equipped with a refrigerator and two refrigerator drawers, one of which functions as a freezer. To port, a comfortable U-shaped seating area with leather upholstery creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Forward of the galley is the inside helm station, equipped with a 12-inch SIMRAD chartplotter/radar, autopilot, controls for bow and stern thrusters, anchor windlass operation, main electrical switches and an electronic throttle for the powerful engine. Two steps lead down to the forward accommodation area. To starboard is the toilet compartment with washbasin and washing machine. Opposite is the guest cabin, featuring a double berth, a small settee and generous storage, including large compartments beneath the bed. In the bow is the owner’s cabin with a French bed, extensive storage space and panoramic hull windows that provide abundant light and a luxurious feel. From the owner’s cabin, there is direct access to a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Engine, Electrical & Water Systems The Delphia 12 Flylounge is powered by a Volvo Penta D3-220 diesel engine (production date 07/2019), renowned for its smooth running and reliability. Enlarged fuel and freshwater tanks (both 2 x 300 litres) provide extended range and enhanced onboard comfort. The engine room is easily accessible via a hatch in the salon floor, allowing straightforward inspection and maintenance.
