The Amphitrite 43 aka Palmer Johnson 43Cr is a large sailboat designed by the maritime architect Donald Pye in the mid seventies. A few hundred boats have been produced. The Amphitrite 43 is built by the French yard Henri Wauquiez.

The hull is made of fibreglass. Generally, a hull made of fibreglass requires only a minimum of maintenance during the sailing season.
